A few not so rhyming lines on a very remarkable feeling we all know as Love, something which evades us when we pursue it and sometimes we are even blind to, even on the face of it. The poem below, though crudely scripted, puts across some of most cherished thoughts one nurtures merely hoping his love would be reciprocated some day.....
When will I ask her on a sunlit moon
To come with me for a walk in a moonlit night
But will she say yes?
When will I rest my head on her lap
And she will caresses my hair with her slender fingers
But will she be game for it?
When will I take her on the bike
And I will show her the latest flick
But will she have time for me?
When will I have dinner with her,
And pour my heart out to her,
But will she listen to me?
When will I get to care for her,
And hold her hands and look in her eyes
But will she also care for me?
But will I only think and keep quiet?
this hints at someone who has a bike and someone who remains silent....and still craves for love....ak.a pyaar....do i get some guesses!!!

ReplyDeleteA reply.....
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you ask me to come for a walk?
So we can go out and have a nice talk.
Been waiting for you ever so long
To take you into comfort and move on
Why haven't you asked me out so far?
Been patiently counting every minute and hour
Open up please, your silence is killing me
Embrace me and set us free.
When will I ask her, on a sunlit moon
ReplyDeleteWalk hand in hand, as possible as soon
But will she say yes?
When will I rest, my head on her lap
Live my whole life, in a very short nap
But will she be game for it?
When will I take her, on my bike
And live it to the full, the ride of my life.
But will she have time for me?
A candle light dinner, just her and me,
No I or You, just we, we and we,
But will she listen to me?
When will I get to care for her,
Will this thought in reality, would ever occur
But will she also care for me?
But will I only think and keep quiet?
IMI blog committee has said that my poem is not rhyming ..and so this is the version with rhymes
ReplyDeleteI beleive the above has been the person who has Actually written the poem, rather then the one who claims ownership of it!!!!....Cheers!! Copyright infringement!!

I know who the author is, but if he doesn't want to disclose his identity even I can't....
ReplyDeletebut believe me.. it's certainly not the one who is trying to claim it...
I have come to know that a good for nothing person called RAKMO is claiming my poem to be his and going all over the world showing this poem as his .
ReplyDeleteThe IMI blog committee should come out with a clear statement that atleast RAKMO has not written this .
we know the previous comment is a conspiracy to defame rakmo.
ReplyDeletewhy was he quiet for such a long time.
why he is replying as anonymous.
we have seen the rough draft of the poem in rakmo's system.
its clear that rakmo is the actual author of this masterpiece.
please stay away from such activity.
I request IMI blog committee to remove such comment
